It took me over a month to get my refund. I was looking to get a everyday errand bag but this bag has very very short handles so it isn’t function when you want to throw things in and then throw it over your shoulder because it will no fit past your forearm! So I returned it and the UPS worker came to pick it up. I had to call and get updated of my refund several times. SHOPBOP was extremely unhelpful saying they would follow up the next day- which they never did by the way! I finally got my refund but it didn’t have to be this difficult
