Just beautiful. Color goes with everything. Fits my iPad and my 15" laptop! Have had it for a few months now, and the leather has held up much better (even with daily use) than other Fossil bags I've had.UPDATE 4/27/2015 (almost 9 months after purchase):This bag is beautiful, and the leather did not stain/bleed as easily as the leather on another Fossil bag I had last year (Explorer hobo bag in a purple/magenta/orchid color). However, after LESS than a year, there are significant dirt stains and marks on the corners of the bag (green stains that refuse to be removed, regardless of the concoction I apply), and the rubber stripping that lines the handles are coming apart and peeling in the most unattractive manner.The size is still perfect, the look of the bag is still perfect, and it will be hard to find a replacement, but for nearly $200 I would expect more (i.e., durability for more than 9 months). Since the last 2 fossil bags I've had have suffered the same quality issues (and neither have lasted even a year), I am going to switch brands for the first time in a long while. I am now looking at canvas style bags, since I'd like to keep a purse for longer that just a few months and I can't afford $500 level leather bags (e.g., Coach) on a trainee's salary. This one was great while it lasted.I was not abnormally hard on the bag...It did get hit with a rain storm the other night when I got caught unexpectedly in bad weather, but come on...a little rain shouldn't completely kill a bag this way. Also, it was getting shabby before the rain hit it. A few corner protectors (like on more expensive bags) would have easily solved the corner wear and tear problem. Not sure why they wouldn't add those on the newer versions that just came out.I will add that I've had multiple Fossil watches over the years, and while the actual watch/time-telling features have stood the test of time, but the leather and metallic finishes on those products wore out/wore away/peeled fairly quickly for the price, too. I am pretty sad, because Fossil used to be my go-to for handbags AND watches. Will be searching for another brand for both.This is the Goldilocks "just right" tote bag:--a zipper top so contents are secure (this is especially helpful when flying)--big enough for a laptop--not too tall, so it is easy to see and find all the bag's contents--not too heavy--an outside slip pocket for your cell phone--handles that fit easily over the shoulder--good organizational pockets--generous 6-inch depth at the bottom, so even when the bag is full it does not bulge.I have several tote bags, but this is my favorite by far for the simplicity of design and pure functionality. For example, the Madewell Transport Tote is a simple, attractive bag, but without a top zipper I've had items fall out of the bag (a sudden stop in the car, jostled in the subway, under the seat in front on me on a plane). I have a Kooba tote that is absolutely beautiful, but the leather is so heavy that I am reluctant to carry my laptop and work papers in it -- which is completely impractical.The only downside to this bag is the gold Fossil logo imprinted on the side. I don't like labels or logos on any of my clothes or bags, so I'm looking for a safe way to remove it without damaging the leather. But all-in-all a solid 5 stars!This is yet another well-made Fossil bag. I have been using it for about two weeks. It is very roomy, has lots of interior pockets and the all-important outside pocket for keys. It definitely has more of a "tote" feel than a large handbag feel, but I will whip it into shape. I like a double-handled shoulder strap bag. The drop on these straps are a little shorter than my previous Fossil bag, but that makes it fit snugly up under my arm. I am going on vacation soon and this will be the carry-all, catch-all bag for me, my Kindle and any "stuff" I might decide that I need. The leather is a little stiff; I prefer a bag with a little more "give", but I am sure it will soften with age. All in all, a great bag for my purposes.This is the best purse for me. I own 2 of the Fossil Sydney Shoppers. It is nice and roomy and has plenty of inside pockets. The inside zipper pocket is not like most purses where it is attached at the top edge of the purse opening and is only about 3 x 5 inches or so and if you put any sort of weight in the pocket, it pulls that side of the purse downward. Well, the Sydney Shopper's inside zipper pocket goes all the way to the bottom of the purse with plenty of room. There are slotted inside pockets for credit/gift cards, pockets for sunglasses, iPod, etc. Even an outside slot for your phone for ready access. Roomy enough to carry a tablet if you'd like. Light on the shoulder and the straps are very comfortable. Each purse comes with a cotton drawstring bag to store the purse when not in use. Very well constructed and definitely worth the money, especially when you can catch them on sale.This is a great looking tote bag and the right size if you need to bring along an ipad, some magazines or a thin notebook. The zipper on top is flush with the top edge of the tote rather than being recessed, which seems more common with other tote bags I have admired . I prefer the latter but decided to keep this bag anyway, since it is the perfect size and the right price point for me. There are no dividers inside, so I usually put my purse essentials in a smaller, mesh bag to keep everything together and apart from my ipad or small notebook. I took one star off just because of thezipper placement. Otherwise, I am satisfied.Amazing as Amazon, got at very very good price. Thanks Amazon.Returned it.
